Do not take aspirin or ibuprofen for 2 days before

Refrain from sunbeds and sun exposure 2 weeks before
Refrain from waxing at least 48 hours before treatment
Eyebrow tinting to be done 7 days before
LIP BLUSH PRE-CARE
48 hours before, exfoliate with a clean toothbrush AM and PM
Use Blistex relief cream 2-4 days before
No sunbeds or alcohol 2-4 days
If you have ever got a cold sore you need to start taking Aciclovir tablets 7-14 days before treatment to avoid any surfacing. These can be bought online from any pharmacy.
LIP FILLER PRE-CARE
You can take Antihistamine and Arnica tablets (you can buy both from Boots) 1 week before your appointment to help reduce bruising and swelling post treatment.
Avoid drinking Alcohol 48 Hours before your treatment.
